Crawfish

Live Crawfish is a seasonal item, and the price per pound, like any commodity, depends on supply and demand. Louisiana Crawfish Season usually begins in January and lasts until June for crawfish caught in the wild. The peak months where crawfish supplies are generally at their highest are March, April and May. Farmed crawfish are available for a longer period of time during the season.
